Returns, Refunds, Claims

Please carefully read our No Refund Policy outlined below:

All sales are final: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, or buyer's remorse

Inspection upon delivery: We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect all furniture upon delivery. Any defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within the time of delivery to be eligible for repair or replacement

Custom orders: Orders for custom-made furniture or special orders are non-refundable. These orders are crafted specifically to meet your preferences and cannot be resold to other customers.

Clearance and final sale items: Items sold as clearance or final sale are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items may have minor imperfections or be discontinued models, offered at discounted prices.

Exceptions: In exceptional cases such as fraud, misrepresentation, or statutory rights not covered by this policy, we reserve the right to consider refunds or exchanges at our discretion.

By completing a purchase at Be Bold Furniture, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our No Refund Policy as outlined above.

We stand behind the quality of products we sell. While cases are rare, damages and defects do happen once in a while.

● Inspect item upon delivery. If you need to store your items for an extended period of time, such as during construction or renovation, please be sure to inspect the product before moving them into storage

● Claims received in excess of (3) calendar days beyond the delivery will not be accepted

● If damage is noted, accept delivery and sign off with the carrier "damaged upon arrival"

● Photograph the item and packaging.

● If an item or part is structurally damaged and completely unusable, refuse delivery of the damaged item or part only

● Do not refuse undamaged items or parts, you are responsible for all redelivery costs, including but not limited to storage fees

● Be Bold Furniture will not cover the costs for damaged or defective items in the event that the furniture was made damaged or defective as a result of customer negligence

● We encourage all customers to purchase a protection plan or insurance to cover for any damages or defects inspected outside of the 3 day claim window.

● Once a custom order has entered production status all costs of production have been incurred and therefore a cancellation is no longer possible and balance paid cannot be refunded.

● Any regular item may be cancelled withing 3 calendar days without incurring any fee.

● Any orders cancelled outside of the 5 calendar days incur a 10% cancellation fee

Color Representation:

While we make every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen or in-store will exactly match the actual product color. We encourage customers to request fabric or material swatches when available to ensure color accuracy before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable: Items with color variations or discrepancies, as perceived by the customer, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy applies regardless of whether the color difference is due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Pre-Purchase Considerations: We recommend considering all factors, including color variations, before making a purchase decision.

By acknowledging and agreeing to our color discrepancy policy, you accept that variations in color may occur and that such variations are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
